Josephine T. Muszynski, age 91, passed away on Thursday December 6, 2012 at Waterford Commons. Josephine was born in Toledo on February 24, 1921, the daughter of John and Hattie Zera.
    She enjoyed caring for her home, sewing and cooking. Josephine had a beautiful, friendly smile and was always willing to help those in need. She was a former member of the 14th Ward Old Timers and Catholic War Veterans Aux #639.
    Josephine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond and brothers Chester and Stanley Zera and sister Mary Dauer. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Cullum; son Jim Muszynski; grandchildren Steven and Michael; sisters Frannie (Leo) Sparks and Sister Mary Hedwig of the Felician Sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Family and friends may visit on Monday from 2-8 p.m. at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral services will begin at the Mortuary on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Interment following at Calvary Cemetery.
    Tributes in Josephine’s memory may be made to the family.

I was sorry to hear of Jo's passing and in the same hand I know she is at peace now. I was her neighbor next door for forty years. That smile of hers was great and I know her christian belief will earn her a wonderful spot with our heavenly father. My condoleces to the family.
