My sister Nancy Norman and myself express our condolences to you on the loss of your mother. She was a great friend to our mother Rose Falkowski. She picked her up and took her to Bingo, card parties, Legion events, breakfasts, etc. They sat together at Mass on Saturdays and went to dinner afterwards. She truly was a Godsend to our family. Tessie, Joanne, my mom, and a few other gals had a good time together. Thank you for sharing her with us.

Joanne in her own quiet way was one of the mainstays of St. Charles Parish when I was the pastor. She always had a kind word and a sweet smile. May she be at peace in God's Kingdom.
