Josephine S. Wodarski, age 77, passed away on December 31, 2013 at Swan Pointe Care Center. Josephine was born in Toledo on June 8, 1936, the daughter of Joseph and Virginia (Raczkowski) Korczynski. She was a graduate of Libbey High School and worked as a finisher at Toledo Glove and also was employed at Advance Cleaning Services. Josephine bowled in the Scott Park Mother and Daughter League and was also sponsored by Toledo Glove. She enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting and making ceramics.
  Josephine was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Donald. She lived with her daughter and son in law Linda and Lou Costell and was also lovingly cared for by her granddaughter and her husband Lindsay and Barry Williams. Also surviving are her daughters Lee (Michael) Mertz, Carolyn Wodarski and Rita Wodarski (Norwalk, OH); 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FUNERAL TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED DUE TO PREDICTED WEATHER CONDITIONS. The Mass of Christian Burial will now be held Sunday (Today) at 1 p.m. in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Family and friends may visit Sunday (Today) from 2-6 p.m. at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery will be held at a later date. The family prefers tributes be made to the Old Newsboy’s Association or the Alzheimer’s Association.

Granddaughter really going to miss you but most of all I had the most greatest grandparents ever, memories will be in my heart forever I had loved you so much so did our family, I can still remember the party's and birthdays and special celebrates we had together you were always there to put a smile on my face weather I was up or down you bring joy to my heart everyday you always was there for me your cooking was the best even your baking and how you showed us so many special things you made and did and how you loved playing scrabble you are definely amazing person in my life !!! I burn a candle for you with love for my grandma , you may be gone , but will never be forgotten buscia Until we meet again love your granddaughter jackilyn !!!
