Roger L. Wallace, 40, of Toledo, passed away after a long illness on July 16, 2014 at his residence.   He was born on August 30, 1973 in Toledo, OH.  Roger worked as an independent certified weld inspector for over 10 years.  He enjoyed listening to music, reading, his Dr. Pepper and was an avid sports fan of the L.A. Dodgers, Florida Seminoles and San Diego Chargers.  Roger also loved to spend time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren whom he deeply cherished.
  Roger was preceded in death by his grandparents.  He will be dearly missed by his high school sweetheart and loving wife of over 20 years, Lisa (Szkudlarek); daughters, Tiffany (Corey) Lapoint and Gillian Wallace; grandchildren Corey Jr., Aubree and Liam; sister Amy Wallace; brother Rick (Heidi) Wallace; parents Kay and Joseph Etue; mother and father-in-law, Carl and Sherry Szkudlarek; sister-in-law Amy Harrison; and by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many numerous friends.    
  Family and friends may visit on Sunday from 2-8p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 11:00a.m. in the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
