Irene B. Zielinski, -78-born in Boston Massachusetts, August 26,1936  went to be with Jesus on February 7, 2015, from Hospice of Northwestern Ohio. She was a wonderful Christian women, who lived life to the fullest. Irene loved to sew, and do cross stitch. She was a excellent cook, canned hundreds of pickles and was a delicious baker. Her gift of baking cookies was always shared with her family, neighbors, drivers, hospitals, Doctors and staff.    Everyone that met her loved her, there was not a person that she met that was not her friend. Irene called her self a" strong Irish woman". And that she was, right up to the last days of her life. Although she had no children of her own, she acquired children in her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews. and was even called  Busia! Irene was preceeded in death by her parents Agnes and William Murphy, 2 brothers and 2 sisters and the  love of her life Richard Zielinski. We would like to say a special, huge thank you to her sweet, untiring friends, all her drivers, and aids. Especially the caring nurses and staff at St. Luke's Hospital and the kind and nurturing staff at Regency Hospital.  2 Timothy 4:6-8. For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day- and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for His appearing.  There will be a celebration of life at  W.K. & Son Sujkowski Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy, Toledo Ohio 43615. Visitation 9:30- 10:30. Celebration service 10:30. Burial will be private.
