Katie was a wonderful person. She was one of the caretakers for my mother in law. I only saw her smile and be kind to those in her care, regardless of their needs. She went above and beyond her profession and made it personal for her residents and their family members. We were blessed to have her and will greatly miss her. Our sympathies to her daughters and family.

It is with tears in my eyes and sadness in my heart that I say, we have lost one of the best caregivers. I can't express how grateful I am to have known Katie. She took wonderful care of my mother and myself for six years at parkcliffe. She was my support system while dealing with my mothers alzheimer's. I wouldn't have made it without her. Not too many people leave this world making such a positive impact on so many lives. She will be truly missed. My prayers are with her children and family. She was loved by all.

Katie cared for my Mom for 2 years at Parkcliffe Alzheimer's Community. She shared her knowledge, her laughter and our fears and our tears. Today we share with everyone their tears at the loss of one of God's Angel's who had so much more work to do. God' Speed Katie You will be missed by many

To Katie's Daughters, Parents & Whole Family,

Katie has taken care of my Mom for 2& 1/2 Years. No one has ever taken such loving care of Mom. When Mom saw Katie's face she would light up & there were Hugs & Kisses & I Love You all around. Katie always told me she loves me, even when I called on the phone.
We 3 all truly loved one another. She was so full of love & she poured it out liberally.

This wicked world has taken her away from us. This is one of the saddest thing that has ever happened in my life. See you in Glory Katie, where there are no more tears!!!

Where are the words; I just can't find them. Katie was my Mother's other daughter. My Mom loved Katie and I'm convinced Katie truly loved my Mom. We only knew Katie for 9 short months but it only took a minute to love her. She provided the very best care for the residents at Parkcliffe and she made each of them feel special. I never saw anything but a smile on her face and love in her heart for each of the residents. No matter how busy she was, and believe me these caregivers work hard, she had nothing but a loving touch and word for each of them. My Mom loved Katie and how could I not love someone who treated my Mom like it was her own Mom. Katie I miss you more than words can express. I pray for Katie's girls and the entire family. Girls, please know your Mom was so proud of you both.
