Sending my condolences to Norma's family. I  remember her from growing up back in the 60's. She was a wonderful woman and mother.

I am so sad to hear about Norma’s passing! I met her through Mobile Meals. I delivered to her for several years. Whenever I delivered we’d always chat for a bit. She told me all about her experiences in retail at her mother’s shop in Bellevue. She knew I have a dress shop and we would compare the “buyer’s experience”. She knew I had two small granddaughters and always excitedly asked to see their pictures every time I saw her.

My deepest condolences to her family.

So sorry to hear of Norma’s passing. We worked together for many years at Elder Beerman in the men’s department and she was great to work with. We also became email buddies back when it just started to become popular. God speed Norma, fly high.

I was shocked and saddened to see the obit for Norma. She was a valuable employee for many years at Hobby Center Toys. We spent many hours on the road together traveling between stores. She became a very close friend.I loved her sense of humor. She was also such a hard worker. She moved to Florida to work with famous doll artist Faith Wick and we missed her. I would often see her at Elder Beerman and we would briefly chat. I did not know about the passing of Kathy which I regret. My thoughts and prayers are with her family especially Charlie who I remember well. I regret that I did not make an effort to try to find her. May she rest in peace.

Sorry to hear about Norm’s passing. Norma was like a second mother to me. And I guess you could say I was like a second mother to all of you! The good old days when I practically lived at your house babysitting for 50 cents an hour! Cheryl.. you were flower girl in my wedding almost 53 years ago. It would be great to get together after this pandemic is over. Stay safe.   Hugs/Bev

What can I say, Norma and I met at Highland Park Teen Town and she was my mom away from mom ever since. She was one of the most down to earth,
kind and approachable people I ever met.My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I love you all.
