Condolences to Louis’s family. I was sad to hear that Louis passed away.

He and I had been friends since we were quite young. Louis’s family lived “just around the corner” from us when we were kids. And we continued our friendship throughout the years.

Louis was full of fun and full of life. His wonderful smile was an uplifting gift to those who received it. As we were growing up, seldom were there times that we didn’t see each other, play games together, and wander the neighborhood. Louis was a wonderful friend - full of laughter and always up for doing “something.” I will not forget him.

The list of his leadership, community involvement, caring for others, making new paths shines like the sun.

I send love to his mother, to Kelly, and Victor and Johnny. Heartfelt wishes that memories soothe them.

I am sending my deepest sympathy to Kelly and the Escobar family. I will never forget Louis. I worked with Louis at Muni Court. I remember when he house sat for us when we went to Hawaii in 1984.It was a god sent for us to be able to leave our home and not have to worry about it. Every time you were with Louis even if it had been a long time since he saw you, he always welcomed you as if he just saw you yesterday. He will be sorely missed by many but will never be forgotten. Rest easy Louis.

My heartfelt sympathy to Kelly and the Escobar family. I have many loving memories of our times together during the early 1990's. You welcomed me to Toledo when I first moved there and treated me like family. I hold you all in my heart during this most sad time.
