Donna Mae Buckholtz

Donna Buckholtz, 85, fell asleep in death on Monday March 9, 2015. Donna was born in Toledo on June 16, 1929. She was married August 26, 1948 to Leonard Buckholtz Sr. who preceded her in death in 2002. Donna was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 50 years and drew great comfort from her belief in God’s promise of a resurrection of the dead. Donna loved sharing this hope with others.
  She is survived by her sons Leonard Jr., Michael (Sharon), Donald (Theresa) and Scott (Brenda); 26 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister Delores Jabs and brother Jim. She was also preceded in death by her son Gary.
  A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 139 Richards Rd., Toledo on Saturday March 14, 2015 at 3 p.m.
  The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Advanced 360 Healthcare, especially Renee, Carmen, Carol and Sarah for their compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers memorial tributes may be made to South Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
