Eleanor Lawicki

  Eleanor Lawicki, 93, passed away on January 6, 2022. She was born on January 28, 1928 to Frank and Anna (Marok) Zawacki in Toledo, Ohio. Eleanor graduated from Whitney Vocational High School and married Thomas F. Lawicki on October 4, 1952. She was a member of the Catholic War Veterans Post 639 Logsdon-Walla Auxiliary and enjoyed golfing and bowling.

  Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Thomas F. Lawicki; son, Thomas M.; brothers, Anthony, Chester, Edmond, George, Leonard; and sister, Helen Stempien. Surviving are her children, Kathleen, Richard (Yvonne), and Paul; grandchildren, Jessica and Sarah Cook, Melissa (John) Decker, Brittany, and Jacob Lawicki; great grandchildren, Caleb, Reagen, and Lincoln Decker and Ezra Duron; and extended family and friends.

  Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 3-7:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022, at Christ the King Church at 10:00 a.m. where friends may visit after 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
