Francis (Frank) T. Kwiatkowski, 78, of Perrysburg, passed away on March 21, 2022. He was born on April 26, 1943, to Zigmund and Bernice Kwiatkowski in Toledo. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired from Owens Illinois where he worked as a systems analyst for many years.
Frank was an avid golfer, and enjoyed meeting up with his golfing buddies. He was a Detroit Lions fan, and owned many ball caps to prove it. Frank loved his family, and enjoyed hosting pool parties and spending holidays with them. He also loved making memories over the years through travel. One thing he is known for is enjoying a good cup of black coffee, even during the hottest of summer. Frank was also very dedicated with the Special Olympics where he participated in many events with his daughter, Jennifer.
Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara; infant daughter, Pamela Sue; his parents; and brother, Bart. He will be dearly missed by his children, Jennifer and Michael; brother, Ralph (Dianne) Kwiatkowski; canine companion, Cocoa; nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
Family and friends may visit on Friday from 4-8:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, with prayers in the mortuary at 9:45 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at St. Rose Church, Perrysburg, Ohio at 10:30 a.m. Interment with military honors will be held at St. Rose Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wood County Special Olympics or Way Public Library Foundation and Friends.
