Freda M Moore

  Freda M. Moore, age 95, of Toledo, passed away on December 2, 2021. She was born on January 5, 1926, to George and Helen (Arms) Riffe in Dawes, West Virginia. Freda was a devoted homemaker and dedicated caregiver to her family. She truly adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, taking care of many of them throughout their elementary school years and cherishing the time she spent with them over the years.

  Freda was preceded by her loving husband, Paul; son, Glen; her parents; siblings, Orville, Roy (Jose), Bill, Jack (Phyllis), Bobbie (Louise) and Betty (Bob Ray).  She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Deanna (Jim) Modrzynski, daughter-in-law; Gloria Moore; grandchildren, Melissa (David) Mockensturm, Doré (Tom) Wawrzyniak and Brett (Denise) Moore; great grandchildren, Tyler (Rebecca), MacKenzie, Ethan, Aspen and Jillian; great great grandson, Travis; sister-in-law, Barbara Ann Riffe; life-long best friend, Ruth Cole; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.

  Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 2-8:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy.  Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. The family would like to express a special thank you to the nurses and staff at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Flower Hospital, and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their compassionate care and support.
