Gertrude E Niezgoda

Gertrude E. Niezgoda, 95, of Toledo, passed away on June 23, 2022. She was born on February 9, 1927, to Ralph and Gladys Vogan in Syracuse, New York. Gertrude was a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed tending to her flowers, taking care of her pets, gifting people with thoughtful items, and she cherished the time she spent with her family.

  Gertrude was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leon R. Niezgoda; daughter, Christine Seasly; siblings, Ralph Vogan, Delbert (Carol) Vogan, and Lillian (Ralph) Harr. She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Catherine (Stephen) Rowan and Linda (Cary Rasmussen) Repka; son-in-law, Anthony Seasly Sr.; grandchildren, Michelle Davila, Michael Davila, Stephen Repka, Gregory (Rebecca Tuscano) Repka, Anthony Seasly Jr., Shannon (Warren) White; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.

  Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Dementia Society of America or Promedica Hospice.
