JoAnn M Rogers

 JoAnn M. Rogers, 97, of Toledo, passed away on May 15, 2022. She was born on March 19, 1925, to Berthold and Anna (Knapp) Goetz in Toledo. JoAnn worked and retired as a secretary for Jaress Truck Center. She was a member of many organizations, including the Salesian’s Club, where she was member over 60 years, and Logsdon-Walla C.W.V. Auxiliary Post 639. JoAnn also volunteered in the gift shops at hospital in the Toledo area.

 JoAnn was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gene; her parents; brothers, Burt, Bill, and Tom Goetz; sister, Judy Bodette; and daughter-in-law, Denise Rogers. She will be dearly missed by her children, Michael (Becky) Rogers and Debbie (Thomas) Kasprzyk; grandson, Daniel Kasprzyk; great grandson, Jayden Kasprzyk; nieces, nephews, and many friends.

 Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy., a prayer service at 6:00 P.M. by the Logsdon-Walla CWV Post 639.  Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 with prayers in the mortuary at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Contributions may be directed to St. Charles Church. The family would like to express a special thank you to Tina, Cece, and Vanessa for all their compassionate care and support.
