Shirley A Palicki

Shirley Anne Palicki, age 84 of Cincinnati, OH died peacefully on Sunday, February 28th, 2021.  She was born June 9th, 1936 in Toledo, OH to Edward and Vernell (Augustyniak) Printke.  She was a graduate of Central Catholic High School.
Shirley is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas, her son Jay, her grandson, Ryan, and her brothers Bob and Rick Prentiss.  She will be dearly missed by her children; daughters, Kim (Thomas Hunter), Paula (Michael Harrison), son Randy (Sharon) Palicki, daughter-in-law Cindi Palicki and grandchildren; Lauryn, Dustin (Kaitlyn), Landen (Abby), and Jordyn (Blake Gwin) Hunter; Lindsay and Rachel Palicki; Brianne Cohen (Kevin) and Chase Harrison; Lucas, Alyssa, and Dylan Palicki and long-awaited great grandson, Henry Hunter. She is also survived by her sister, Arlene (Babe) Kopinski (Dale); sister-in-law Angela Nadolny and brother-in-law William (Rose) Palicki and several loved nieces and nephews.  
Shirley’s life was devoted to her family and her grandchildren. She was a PTO leader for many years at St. Hyacinth school and devoted to her faith.  In addition to working for over 45 years in the insurance industry, she enjoyed long-standing friendships in many social groups, including her cherished bunco clubs.  
Visitation with social distancing will be held on Friday from 4-8:00 p.m., with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at St. Joan of Arc Church at 10:00 a.m. where friends may visit after 9:00 a.m.  Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
