My condolences to the family. I enjoyed working with Joan, and always looked forward to coming to work to see her. No matter how my day was, she could always put a smile on my face, and I like to think I brightened up her days as well. I've never grown attached to a resident as I did with Joan. She was like family to me and I will miss her dearly.
