Music by The Piano Brothers

Scott was a beloved son and brother. A native of Toledo and graduate of Roger’s High School, Scott was active in Toledo’s Softball Leagues for over 30 years and an avid Pittsburg Steelers and Ohio State fan. Always quick with a smile and a laugh, he leaves a large void in the hearts and lives of his mother, sisters, aunts, uncle, cousins, and friends.  Scott will be missed by many in ways he could not have imagined.
Visitation for Scott will be held at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. on Friday November 13th from 3 – 7p.m. and Saturday Nov 14th from 10 a.m. until services at noon in the mortuary.

I liked working with Scott. Every time he came home from visiting his family, he would have me look up the numbers for the lottery in Mass. I always enjoyed that part of his homecoming back to work. He will be missed by me and his family of co-workers.
My sympathy to Scott's family and friends,
Sherry Witt

Scott you were a good neighbor, always hard working and looking out for others. For the nine years that we lived across the hall from each other, it was like having a big brother just a door knock away. I felt safer knowing that you were near by. You were easy to talk to and it was fun listening to the Detroit vs. Cleveland games with you and the other neighbors during the cookouts and bonfires we all had in the backyard. It was fun razzing you about the Tigers since I was from Cleveland, and you always "dished" it back in fun. I will always have fond memories of living there with my Airport Manor family thanks to you, Ray, Deb and John. You will be very missed and never forgotten! My heart breaks and is saddened by your sudden, unnecessary and tragic loss. You were a blessing in this world my friend. My sincerest condolences to all of your family and friends. My prayers for peace, comfort and healing to all during this difficult time.

I met Scott three years ago when my prison job transferred me from Lima to Toledo . I was working 1 1/2 hours away and rented an Airport Manor apartment directly across from Scott. Since I was away from my husband and family during the week, Scott and I quickly became friends. He was so warm and friendly, always protective, such a good well rounded guy. He always had a smile on his face. I could trust Scott, and felt as ease when I knew he was around. Simple sorta of guy, I would often admire how he would come home every evening from work and watch his TV with old fashioned rabbit ears, and a small fire in his barbecue grill. He was easily content. Scott will be sadly missed by his family and friends for sure. Scott will be in our hearts forever. I have pictures and will bring them on Saturday. I couldn't get the pictures downloaded on this site.

I haven't seen Scott since he was a little boy, and he was a cute kid, but I can only imagine what his family is going through after a senseless act took him from all who loved him. I went to school with his aunts and knew his mother, father, and sisters. My heart is heavy for you, and I pray that God will walk with you through these difficult days. Bless all of you. Sorry I can't come to services.

I have met you while living at Swan Park Apartments and it has been a pleasure knowing you ever since!! I thank you for servicing my apartment for 9 years every time I placed a maintenance call :-) I am going to miss how you would break everything down relating to a repair...Scott Rocks!!

Lori,

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your brother. May the strength of the Lord carry you through this difficult time.

PS. You may not remember me, we went to Rogers together. We all had a lot of fun. May god bless you.
