Ronald W. Kazmierczak, age 77, of Maumee, passed away on June 15, 2016. He was born on March 1, 1939 to Stanley and Hazel (Easterday) Kazmierczak in Toledo.  Ron was a U.S. Army veteran.  He worked for 42 ½ years for the USPS as a mail carrier in Maumee.  For over 50 years, Ron was a talented accordion player with his group, the ‘R.K. Trio’ where they played many events in the Toledo area.  He was also a loyal and dedicated sports fan of The Ohio State University.
   Ron was preceded in death by his parents.   He will be dearly missed by his sons, Mark (Roena), Keith (Michelle), Phil, Brian (Kirston) and Jason (Niki); grandchildren, Carol (Mike), Brian, Nicole (Davied), Charise (Ben), Sean (Amey), Shaston, Shayla and Lacy; great grandchildren, Brenden, Lukas, Allie, Maliyah, Jordin, Da’veon, Monica, Marie and Rylan.
   Family and friends may visit Monday from 2-8 p.m. at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 with prayers in the mortuary at 9:45a.m. followed by the Funeral Services at St. Joseph Church, Maumee, Ohio at 10:30a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery with military honors by the Lucas County Veteran Burial Corp.

Sending Ron's family condolences.I went to school with Ron and we dated a few times in our sophmore year.He was a very good friend.Rest in peace my friend.Peace to all his family.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one, & my sympathies go out to all his family. I was in Maumee High School with Ron, & had several classes with him. He was a fun & talented guy. I'm praying for God to give you comfort during this difficult time.

I knew Ron through working many "gigs" playing drums with his band "the RK Trio". Ron was always very passionate about music and that made working with him a great joy to me. I will miss him and his positive energy.
