Florence M. "Skip" Suchala, age 90, passed away on Sunday March 19, 2017 at Parkcliffe Community. Florence was the daughter of William and Irene (Ludwikowski) Kruczkowski and was born in Toledo on January 10, 1927. Florence worked at Champion Spark Plug Co. during WWII. She then worked as an artist for a Photography Studio, and was the activity director for Byrnebrook Nursing Home for 8 years. Florence volunteered in the library at Glann School and as a longtime member of Little Flower Parish, she sang in the choir. She and her late husband Eugene were married in the original church. Florence loved children and took in numerous foster children over the years. She was an excellent cook, loved dogs, roses, antiques and clothes. She always put others first and would help anyone.
  Florence was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene, sister Gloria and brother Donald. She is survived by her son James; daughter Lisa (Mike) Brogan; granddaughter Chelsea Brogan and numerous nieces and nephews.
  Family and friends may visit Thursday from 2-8 p.m. at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. where Scripture services will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will begin with prayers at the mortuary on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Little Flower Catholic Church. Interment following at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Lisa, I'm so sorry to learn of your mom's passing. She sounded like an amazing woman, full of love for others. I will keep you in my prayers. May she Rest In Peace, may her soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed Rest In Peace. Amen
