We cannot even begin to understand what you’re going through right now with the loss of Mike. He was blessed with a real talent for fixing anything around the house to working on cars. May all the loving memories you have shared together bring you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

Condolences to the Mike Slomowicz family from the Gary Wanner family. I know how death affects a family. My wife had many problems coping with our daughter's death. Mike was a really nice guy. You all should be proud to be part of his family. So sorry for your loss.

I was married to Mike for 49 years I watched him struggle with Alzheimers for over 4 years. He was a hard worker at his electrical work as a apprentice and a journeyman electrician starting work with Paul Hood electrical company. It was there he made a life long friend with John Rade He made a very good friend with John and his wife Marge. We continued to be friends for many years with them. We attended many local 8 dinner parties and danced and ate dinner with many of them and I remember Roger and his wife. We attended John Rade's funeral mass and went out to the cemetery where John is laid to rest. We attended Marge Rade's funeral mass. John was almost like a dad to Mike as Mike's dad died in 1969. Daniel was also at Sujkowski's funeral home on Airport Highway. Daniel died when he was only,49 years young
I will miss a wonderful husband and he was a good grandfather to his 5 grandchildren He and I remained very good friends with our brother in law Gary and his wife Nancy who was Janet's sister. Gary died in a sad way. His wife Nancy still remains alive. He used to bring Janet's sister Robin Henold to his wife and his house when their son Andy was born Janet's sister was very good to Andy when he was a infant Gary and Nancy used to come out to Mike and Janet's home They used to spend Sundays with Mike, Janet and Andy . All of them had lots of fun. His father in law Gale and his wife Luella were very good to Mike, Janet and children. Mike used to say he had the best in laws that a man could have ever had. As it said in the Blade Mike had two wonderful friends Steve and Denny Steve Serr visited Mike at the nursing home and Steve was a pall bearer for Mike. Mike and Janet remained very close friends to all. Mike and Janet used to play eurche with Mike and Janet . Janet was maid of honor in Mike and Bonnie's wedding Mike and Janet attended Mikes and Bonnie's 25th wedding anniversary's party. They were very good friends with Mike and Janet.
I will never forget my husband as long as I live. As a excellent father to Mike's children and grandchildren. Mike I wiil always love your for eternity. God Bless Mike forever and ever.
